| Abstract: | From long term trends, the sedan market will be in the orbit of high-speed operation. According to a preliminary forecast, in the 5 years to come, China's demand for sedans and its possession of sedans will stride across three steps continuously that is, 1 million units, 2 million uits, 3 million units and, 5 million units, 10 million units and 20 million units respectively. By the year 2010, China will join the ranks of the countries with production and consumption of a large quantity of sedan. The year 1996 will be the starting point of achieving the three-step goal. |
