| Abstract: | In this article, the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is analysed in relation to Human Resources (HR) management (HRM). There are defined five potential tools with discussion on their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the implementation of the most advanced and powerful tool, the SA8000 standard, is studied. |
