| Abstract: | This paper contributes to an expanding body of literature analyzing the social responsibilities of SMEs by setting out a conceptual framework based on the Strategic Management Theory linking social issues to the creation of sustained competitive advantages for SMEs. Based on the findings and the discussion, this paper presents a strategic planning tool for SMEs which aim to include responsible business behavior (RBB) into the corporate strategy. |
