| Abstract: | By the end of 1995, the floor space of idle commercialized housing reached 50.46 million square meters, up 52.99% over 1994, among which 77.15% for residence. Apparently, the development of housing consumption market can not keep up with the speed of housing construction. As the central government attaches importance to this problems, the situation took a favorable turn. The quantity of completion of housing construction in 1996 increased slightly compared with that in 1995, maintaining an ideal development speed. The marketing rate of 80.6% however, was also realized. After forecasting the future housing market, the author thinks that there will be a great potential demand for housing and the effective demand for it will increase gradually, thus bringing along the development of many related industries. |
