| Abstract: | America is the birthplace of chain commerce. Japan, however , developed its chain commerce at a high starting point. It drew America's experience in the development of retail trading purposefully according to its national situation and also paid attention to the technological innovation in developing its own chain commerce. So there exist wider gap in the development of chain commerce between these two countries. This paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences in subjective and objective conditions in the course of development of chain commerce between three countries. Drawing for reference America's and Japan's experience, this paper puts forward the conditions for China to develop chain commerce and the guiding principle for work. |
