| Abstract: | Since the 1990s, the chain commerce has emerged quietly in large-and medium-sized cities and the advanced coastal area in China and then developed rapidly. But at present, there exist some problems, such as irrational market structure, market behavior which is not standardized, poor market effect etc. The hidden reason for the above problems is the lopsided market structure while the behavior of market subject, which doesn't conform to standard is the accelerator of such a chaos. In view of the problems, the author raises some suggestions on the establishment of competition order in China. |
