| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the status quo of layout of retail trading and its future change in medium-sized cities in China. It gives its ideas on the strategy of structural re-organization of retail trading, that is, practising the strategy of structural re-organization by establishing competition model and order in abid to strengthen the government's macro regulation and control of retail trading in medium-sized cities in China. |
