| Abstract: | Mandated business operation may become the optimal option of medium-and small-sized commercial enterprises for making up deficits and increasing surpluses for it only involves the transfer of right of business operation and does not involve the change in property rights. This paper puts emphasis on discussing the realist significance of medium-and small-sized commercial enterprises' practising the practice of mandated business operation and the five forms. It also expresses its opinions on how to improve and standardize such a practice. |
