| Abstract: | This paper thinks that supply exceeding demand in the domestic market and the negative influence of the south- east financial turmoil contribute to the sliding rubber price. It points out that in the coming period of time, the domestic rubber market will slump and so the price would not rise sharply for the time being. As the rubber price has already slid down to a lower position, it would not continue to fall. Under the normal circumstance, the market price will fluctuate at a low position. |
