| Abstract: | This paper makes an analysis of the internal and external environment for macro economy in 1999 and expectation of policy and also predicts the trends in some major productive resources market. According to measurement and calculation, the growth rate of demand for major materials in 1998 was below 3% and that of their consumption will rise possibly to up 5% or so in 1999. The total sales of productive resources in 1999 will surpass the 1998 level. In that year, the total sales rose by 5%. |
