| Abstract: | The paper indicates shortcomings of China's individual house's security credit system, restricts development of real estate market and commercial market but not favorable to commercial asset's effective circulation due to disorder security credit market. The author thought individual house's security credit securities are an effective way to overcome these shortcomings and promote commercial asset's circulation. |
