| Abstract: | This article provides greater understanding about the pros and cons of educational travel experiences. The aim of combining studies and traveling is to narrow the cultural distance and widen the cross-cultural understanding. The empirical evidence was based on the online survey results of 1280 alumni students. The article shows the requirements for the successful learning of management skills and cross-cultural competence. |
