| Abstract: | The paper studies the constraints limiting consumers' willingness to participate in a cruise vacation. The comprehensive procedures of measurement scale development by Churchill are utilized to develop a measurement scale for constraints to cruising. The implications of the created scale are discussed in terms of their effect on theory and management. |
