| Abstract: | Teamwork is an important feature of most software-development projects, but computerized project-management systems give little support for cooperation and communication among team members. The paper argues that computer-supported cooperative-work features are needed for effective project management. The task manager, a groupware component of the project-management system Cocpit, is described. It is fully integrated, and helps project members to communicate on project matters and to organize their daily work. |
