| Abstract: | In a fazz band, the players need to be flexible, prepared to move and to continue honing their skills. So will the workplace players of tomorrow. The world of work is galloping towards a self-directed work force. The members of this new work force are taking the management of their lives back from the corporate world to whom they delegated it for so many years. Canada is almost certainly shifting from full-time, dependent employee status to self-directed employment. |
