| Abstract: | The article claims that work-related emotion is best accessed using indirect methods such as figures of speech and narrative. The research is based on two questions: Where is the emotion in work? and What is the emotion in work? The results illustrate an image of the dynamics of organizations and suggest that narrative analysis is a good tool for exploring the experience of emotion in organizations. |
