| Abstract: | Tools and instruments used in the organization of corporations are characterized by different methodological approaches.These approaches can be used in solving organizational problems. Technology in the process of organization is a tool that aids the organizer to solve the problems faced in organizational work. It includes methodological instruments as well as the application of technological and other tools. Based on the results of research on the shaping and development of the technology of organizational work carried out at the University of Leipzig,the main components of this technology are described. |
