Abstract:To portray comprehensively Shenzhen as "a city of vigour" we should start with the city property and Shenzhen spirit, impressing people with a young, open and bright city with vigorous, flourishing and prosperous mental out look. At the same time, we should also publicize the main characteristics of the western, central and eastern districts, displaying the all-embracing, happy and auspicious at mosphere of the western district with "beautiful China", "Window on the world" of "folk custom village" as the theme, the colorful city life of the central district, with "beating rhythm and pulse of the time" as the top melody and "sunshine, sand-beach and local conditions and customs" of the eastern district, which can give expression to the feelings of returning to the nature.
