Abstract:Strategic partnerships bring together firms into collaborative agreements that are designed to sustain or improve the performance of each of the participating organizations. Few investigations have focussed on identifying those attributes central to the development and management of strategic partnerships. This paper suggests those attributes central to the development and management of strategic partnerships.
