| Abstract: | Researchers have sought ways to measure the benefits of various Human resource practices. One measurement schema comes from Watson Wyatt, who has developed a mathematical model that demonstrates a clear relationship between certain human capital practices and increased shareholder value. The value-creating practices have been grouped into the following six factors: total rewards and accountability; collegial, flexible workplace, recruiting and retention excellence; communications integrity; focused HR service technologies; and prudent use of resources. |
