Abstract: | This article examines collaborative tourism marketing from stakeholder's perspective and especially the relationship between the Destination Management Organization (DMO) and tourism firms. The article relies on analysis of two comparative case studies concerning Barcelona and Vienna. The findings show that 'social inclusion' plays important role in coordinating networks. |
