| Abstract: | This article develops a framework of incentives leading to the acceleration of knowledge-sharing processes. It proposes a series of stimuli of positive and negative reinforcement that can motivate knowledge workers to share their individual knowledge to help an organization meets its business objectives and toward this framework advocates enhanced user-computer interaction. |
