| Abstract: | This paper examines an ongoing institutional (hereafter as: inst-al.) transformation of Swedish health care. The main part of the analysis deals with how the inst-al. construction of rationalized agency is instrumented. The conclusions show a more comprehensive picture of governing through new forms of agency. Technologies of agency are closely intertwined with appeals to common goods, new arenas formation and forms of expertise. |
