| Abstract: | China belongs to the developing countries in the process of economic transition. Governmental contingent liability (an accounting term) is in a large scale. The situation is being exacerbated. So, government should analyze the situation of contingent liability seriously and comprehensively, and take active safeguarding measures. For example, bring governmental contingent liability into risk assessment system, strengthen government's supervision and control over contingent liability, and lessen the scale of governmental contingent liability. |
