Abstract:Investigating corporate activity, especially with regard to environmental activities, is more popular than ever. A badly managed environmental crisis can do extensive damage to a company's reputation. This article explores why environmental crises seem to have a bigger impact on corporate image than other incidents. It illustrates how such a crisis ought to be managed and stresses the importance of effective communication.
