Abstract: | Various knowledge management (hereafter as KM) aspects are on focus in this review of an action research (hereafter as AR) project in a large soft drinks manufacturing organization in United Kingdom. The aim of this ALTAR (Achieving Learning Through Action Research) project is gain a better understanding of the importance of knowledge. The analysis of the AR cycles indicates that knowledge value chain helped the organization to concentrate on the essential aspects of KM. IndividualsÂ’ better understanding about the contextual definition of knowledge and how to access the knowledge of others and how to share their own knowledge benefits the whole organization. |
