Abstract:Dalian city is one of the most advantageous port cities in China. It is at the centre of Northeast Asian economic circle and the juncture of Huanghai sea and Bohai sea and also closest to the international shipping line. To its north is the broad Northeast inland area. To its south and its west, Dalian faces the Shandong peninsula and Tianjin city across the sea. It neighbours North Korea and south Korea. So it is privileged by its geographic location. Besides, it enjoys other advantages. It has the high and new technological industrial park and the national vocation spot and bonded area in terms of "soft" environment . And it has complete infrastructure facilities like transportation and communications in terms of "hard" environment.
