| Abstract: | This article discusses the premise that Destination Management Organizations can and should play an active role in the co-ordination of tourism stakeholders in addressing the threat of terrorism. The article analyses 16 interviews with experts on terrorism and tourism. Then it offers a framework for the development and implementation of a destination-specific anti-terrorism strategy. |
