| Abstract: | The computer aided software engineering tool provides automated support for the entire life cycle, from strategic planning to implementation. The tool offers an integrated encyclopedia across the entire life cycle so that in moving from one stage of the life cycle to the next, the objects entered in a former stage of life cycle provides the basis for further decomposition or transformation in the next. The CASE environment requires both up-front planning and continuous planning. CASE technology has an impact on the staffing function. |
