Abstract: | To establish a state holdings limited company should have another important goal, i.e. to help realize the development strategy of national economy. The pure holdings limited is likely to degenerate into 'monetary assets' and cannot embody the industrial strategy; the mixed holdings limited is organized out of the foundamental goal that the holdings is subordinate to its own production management. As a result, its industrial strategy cannot be realized. The strategical holdings is a variant of the process from the pure holdings limited to the mixed holdings limited. Based on the pure holdings limited, it lays emphasis on the control of the strategical industries and realizes therefore the industrial strategy of the state. |
