| Abstract: | The objective of this study is to examine the effects of selected individual characteristics on performance and job satisfaction using data from frontline employees in Northern Cyprus hotels. Among others results show that competitiveness, self-efficacy and effort were positively related to frontline employees' performance and job satisfaction. |
