| Abstract: | This study examines the relation of job satisfaction and individual differences to organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) by using social exchange theory and the theory of other orientation. Specifically, the moderating role of individual differences in the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB is examined. In the findings, a weaker relationship between job satisfaction and OCB was found for persons who are higher in other orientation. |
