Abstract:The article aims to explore the antecedents and consequences of applying a responsible gaming practice. 250 casino employees were surveyed using a questionnaire, and the data was analyzed with factor analysis. According to the findings, ethical climate and personal perception toward responsible gaming practice had a positive impact on employees' implementation of responsible gaming. In addition, the responsible gaming practice seemed to enhance job satisfaction. The article shows that applying responsible gaming practices and showing genuine concern about people's gaming problems is in the best interest of both the casino and the gamblers.
