| Abstract: | The enterprises of Ivory Coast face serious difficulties and deficiencies in their human resource management. Two series of problems are analyzed: those linked with cultural differences between local and foreign manpower and those originating from the management difficulties of Ivory Coaster companies. The enterprises of Ivory Coast should keep up the intensity of human relations being very advantageous and, simultaneously, they should introduce quite formal personnel management procedures with determine clearly the rights and duties, the statutes and roles and the modes of their change. |
