| Abstract: | Companies with a reconstruction requirement are on the increase. Reconstruction managers are difficult to find. What is really needed is a universal reconstruction recipe. There is a lack of literature offering guidelines on company reconstruction, probably, because nobody believes that reconstructions can be undertaken according to a standard concept. Analyses of successful reconstructions indicate quite clearly, however, that a fundamentally very similar method of procedure will always reach its goal. It is shown how success can be planned strategically by reconstruction requirements. |
