| Abstract: | This is a criticism of Stefan Kleins: Theorie der Unternehmensplanung - Struktur und Beitrag einer anwendungsorientierten Planungstheorie, Stuttgart, l989 (C. E. Poeschel Verlag). Klein accuses the theory of corporate planning with being built on wrong rationality concept and offers an alternative concept called "practical rationality". The article demonstrates that Kleins concept, even if interesting in a philosophical sense, cannot be operationalized and therefore is of no practical use. |
