| Abstract: | Markets in which one selling firm may have the same owners as its competitors are considered. The final ownership relations are calibrated only to derive the payoff incentives of owners when deciding on market policy. Market results are analysed for a homogeneous and heterogeneous market and for public tender markets with incomplete information. |
