| Abstract: | The second national commercial radio licence went to Independent Music Radio (IMR). They wanted to start this autumn but Radio Authority suggests a launch in spring 1993. IMR is ready to start at any time and test transmission begins by all means as soon as possible to show the listeners the proposed material. |
