MANAGEMENT BY EXCEPTION
RECRUITMENT
Language:eng
Abstract:Strong interpersonal and communication skills appear to be of primary importance in the hiring decision. These skills, along with team-oriented skills, outweight both strong technical skills and job experience as the criteria recruiteers find important for MBA candidates - regardless of functional specialty. Recruiters, who tend to assume that an MBA has acquired the needed technical skills, focus on more outwardly discernable criteria such as interpersonal skills during an interview.
