| Abstract: | International business agreements are made within a context of multiple dispute resolution systems. A purchasing manager's entering an international agreement should be knowledgeable about the potential ramifications of such systems and use this knowledge when negotiating the agreement. The author provides some background information concerning dispute resolution systems. A negotiator also needs more research concerning the system being negotiated. |
