| Abstract: | International relations nowadays has been increasingly constrained by business enterprises. Major disputes between Japan and the US, for example, can be categorized as a result of business related issues. It has long been the case that the private business enterprises operate within their home markets and as long as they continue to benefit from the home market, the relationship between profit made by private business companies and the national welfare is linear process. The split of interests between the nation states and their former domestic companies needs to be analyzed to understand the future stance of multinational business. |
