| Abstract: | For the economic cooperation in Northeast Asian area in the 21st century , there will be both favorable and unfavorable factors. It will present a trend featuring long-term, a winding course, looseness, unceasing progress, which decides the organization and development models. The organization model features the cooperation between local governments under the condition that the central government empowers them to do so and the combination of institutionalization and non-institutionalization. The development model is to take the sub-regional cooperation, investment cooperation and the economic cooperation between China, Japan and South Korea as the guide in order to bring along the whole area's economic cooperation, the trade development and the economic cooperation with the related countries. |
