| Abstract: | This paper analyses the macro effect of the development of China's leasing industry, the existing problems and reasons for them and also raises the following policy suggestions: 1. strengthening the macro management and guidance of leasing industry and perfecting management system, 3. perfecting laws on leasing as soon as possible to promote the development of leasing industry with systematised and standardised laws, 3. having correct understandings and appraisal of the nature and operation of leasing industry and giving it support and impetus as far as the government department concerned, 4.developing actively domestic equipment-leasing business and taking the road of internal and external business's developing concurrently, 5. training leasing intermediary service and promoting leasing transactions. |
