| Abstract: | The paper deals with the replacement of production factors in agri-business in the Slovak Republic during transformation period. Analyses of replacement capacities on the part of various types of businesses have shown that positions of partnerships are more favourable as these businesses are making profits and have an easier access to credit resources that agricultural cooperatives or state-owned businesses. The agrarian policy should look for instruments that would enable us to change the contemporary conditions. |
