| Abstract: | Certain key factors as to the success or failure of a project have been identified by experience from earlier change initiatives. One key factor is the extent to which the existing culture of the organization will support the desired change. Some initiatives show that projects need to take account of the surrounding organizational culture if they are to gain maximum benefit. |
