| Abstract: | The article analyzes Russia's emerging corporate governance system taking into account both foreign and domestic influences. It discusses influences on Russia's corprate governance from other countries, particularly the USA, Germany, and France. Aspects of Russian culture and traditions are then examined to see how they might influence the country's evolving corporate governance system. |
