| Abstract: | This guest editorial presents and summarizes five articles on this special issue of the corporate transformation of Korean firms. The introduced papers discuss questions concerning the influence of institutional environments on firms during last decade's radical changes in Korea. The factors related to firm behavior, success and failure as well as recovering strategies are reviewed in the context of the growth period and economic crisis. |
