Abstract:All companies make use of the emotional effect of music in advertising their products on TV. Funnily enough, record labels fail to do so. TV advertising should play an important role in the marketing strategy of labels. Home video industry successfully use national TV campaigns to inform the public of the new titles. Record business should follow this example in the future.
