| Abstract: | Instead of the traditional predictive forecasting approaches backcasting method is proposed for scenario analysis of changes over the 20-100 years into the future. Backcasting method will be used to analyse environment and development problems at the national level. The results of such national and regional backcasting analyses could be integrated into global scenarios of human activities. |
