| Abstract: | Now that leadless petrol is introduced in Germany as prescribed by law, drivers and cars are again in defensive state. Now new harmful effects are found to be taxable, the first is the hothouse effect. The forthcoming taxation plans include tax on ejected harmful gas. The author describes foreign examples, too. |
